Westwood Properties is a family owned and operated, Colorado based company. Founded by Ivan Wood, an investor and developer, the company is now largely operated by his daughters and nephew.

Westwood has residential and commercial real estate across the state of Colorado with a full time office in Denver and a part-time office in Palisade.
