Utilities
Follow the links below to the utilities services listed to set up your account or learn more.
*Do not set up water or sewer in your name unless your lease explicitly directs this.
*Do not set up trash service if your residence is in the 81501 zip code where the City of Grand Junction provides trash service.
Provides Gas & Electric throughout Colorado.
Tenants must call to set up their service. Westwood has a Landlord agreement where service reverts back to us when Tenant vacates.
Ute Water provides service to most of the Grand Valley except in Fruita, Grand Junction and Clifton service areas outlined on the map below.
Provides water, sewer and trash services at addresses in the 81501 zip code.
Provides just sewer to Grand Junction addresses outside of 81501. Contact them to find out what your trash day is if you live in the city limits
Centurylink is an internet and phone service provider in the Grand Valley. All of their services are exclusively paid for by the tenant.

Spectrum provides internet in the Grand Valley. It also offers TV and phone service. All of these services are exclusively paid for by the tenant.

Move-in & Move-out Instructions
Move in:

All payments are due at the time of lease signing.

Tenants must contact Xcel before taking possession to set up service, which begins the first day of the lease.

A link for a Condition Report will be sent at the time of move-in. Tenant will have one-week to complete the form.
Move out:

Tenant must submit notice in writing of intent to end the month-to-month lease no less than 30-days before the next rent payment.

Tenant is responsible for utilities until the end of the agreed upon move-out date based upon the date of notice to quit.
